Smith, Jan. 23

      Feeling a bit frustrated. I am currently trying to get in contact with sources for more information about new kitchen technology since my topic recently changed. I found some really interesting products from LG Appliances, such as a new Food Manager. This type of device allows a person to be able to keep track of how much food they have in their refrigerator and will be able to look on their phones when they are grocery shopping.
       I went to LG's website for contact information and I saw a feature that included live chat. I decided to log on and see if there was anyone I could talk to. After about of minute of waiting, a was connected with a representative. I told him my name and about my article I'm working on. He was anything, but helpful to me.
      He said that none of their new appliances would come out until April or May and that he could not give me any information about them until 2 weeks before their release date, which I find hard to believe since I have seen information on other websites.
       After he refused to give any information about the new products, I asked if he could tell me about new products which were currently released and available to the public. All he said was for me to look on the website and to click on each individual product and read about them.
